Training Week 2/23/15

Due to the snow and the Explore Your Limits races coming up this will be a pretty slow week.  Also, this event has been causing some stress, so there's another reason to take it easy.
2/24/15 - Ran 7.65 on the 6 mile loop snow route and cool down
2/25/15 - 9.5 miles of random hood running
2/27/15 - 6.35 miles marking the EYL courses.
3/1/15 - Matt and I ran 17 miles up Mill Mountain, Roanoke Mtn in the snow, up to the Star and back to SW.
Total for the week; 40.52
